Machined Parts
There is a full in-house machining service on CNC and conventional machine for parts required in small to medium volumes, where machining from stock shapes is an economical alternative to injection or compression moulding.

Billeting
High speed billet slicing operation provides discs, square sections, rings and even irregular shapes in any thickness from stock shape.

Plate Cutting
Cutting plate and sheet stock shapes in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 75mm, in various sections including strips, straight sections and blocks.

Punched Parts
Washers and special shapes punched from coiled strip and thin sheet.

Machine Guards
We can supply machine guards in Polycarbonate sheet or Vivak® for food applications, cut to size.
